Salmon River Fishing Report 10/31/10
October is in the books and what a month it was. Without the doubt,the best October I ever had! Trout & Salmon like you read about! Flies, eggs, beads, lures, how did you want to catch them? Lower river upper river it didn't really matter, it was game on everyday! Not much more to say except winter fishing here we come!
New guests Eric Johnson and his Dad had one dry and one very wet day. We did a few each day and I think they are hooked for life.
Steve Nagle and Rick Farr hit them good and promised to return fopr more!
Kevin Albert and his 7 yr old son Dalton beat the snot out of them! Dalton landed five himself!
Jim and Bob had plenty of action but worked hard to land a few.
Andy Bliss joined me for a two boat trip. Both boats had action from the first hole to the last.
Gray is back with Frank for more chrome. They had a great day with a lot of biters!
Russ Belles and his daughter Jodie joined me for their first river trip. We hit a pile of fish! "Jodie i need your photos"!
The three Musketers, Gary Chuck and Steve back up for three days of fish, wine & cigars. Wer had plenty of all three!!
Chuck's smile on every fish is hard to beat!
Steve finished their three day adventure in the last hole with this big bellied sow that came to bay on the fly rifle!
Haloween afternoon and I took my daughter, son in law and my grandson Brodey on a quick float. We fished three spots and eneded up 2 for 4 the snow and rain was coming down so we headed for warmer pastures!
