Lake Ontario Salmon River Fishing Report 9/8/10
The stinkin winds continues to kill us on the lake so I was able to move my two trips to the river today and it was the right move.
Wish I could do the same for four more days but I don't have that option.
Anyway the fish are moving in in big numbers and trout and salmon are entertaining river anglers from top to bottom.
Trout are loving pink and salmon are hitting a mix of Chartreuse, pink and red.

First fish of the 2010 Fall river season, a 7 pound chrome ironhead!

Ben with a big sow! He finally landed one after many many hookups1

Matt was the trout man landing browns and steelhead.

A nice two year old king.

Ben with a monster 42 inch buck!

Lucky Kevin landed some real nice trout and a few salmon.

Tom with a big Coho.
There you have it it is on big time!!
Will it last? Only time will tell.
See you out there.
I am open September 15 for a 1/2 day ( 4 hour) river trip. $250.00 one or two people. Include passes to the DSR a $90.00 savings
